This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies haterclub.es uses (article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE, the Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act), following the Guía sobre el uso de las cookies (Guide on the use of cookies) of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
1. What cookies are
They are small files that the website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit, such as your session or your cart. Some are essential for the website to work; others serve other purposes and are only used if you accept them.

We use Google Analytics without Google signals or ad personalisation, and Google retains the usage data for 2 months. The Google script does not load until you accept these cookies; if you withdraw your permission, we delete them from your browser. Google may process this data in the United States with the safeguards of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

If you do not accept these cookies, the ticket purchase opens on the ticketing platform’s website. Apart from Google Analytics (only if you accept it), we do not use our own analytics or advertising cookies. If we add any in the future, we will include them here and ask for your permission before using them.
Meta and TikTok may process this data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States, with the safeguards provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; TikTok uses the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We do not use fonts, maps, videos or other external services that load without your permission, except for the payment gateways on the checkout page: the website’s typefaces and code are hosted on our own server.
If you leave for the Fourvenues website (with “Buy on Fourvenues ↗”), its own notice and cookie policy apply there.
3. How to accept, reject or change your choice
When you first visit, we show you a notice with three options of equal prominence: Accept, Reject and Settings. Continuing to browse does not mean accepting. We store your choice for 12 months and then ask you again. You can change it or withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie settings”, in the footer of every page, as easily as you gave it. If you withdraw your consent, we reload the page so that the embedded ticket purchase stops loading; you can delete any cookies that Meta or TikTok have already stored from your browser.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge). If you block the technical cookies, you will not be able to log in or make purchases.
