This website provides information about H4T3R CLUB’s events and brand, lets you buy tickets through each event’s ticketing platform, and lets you buy clothing and merchandise in the shop. By using it, you accept this legal notice. You undertake to use the website lawfully, not to damage its operation or attempt to access its systems without permission, and not to provide false data or data belonging to other people.

The purchase of products is governed by the Terms of sale. How we process your data is explained in the Privacy policy, and our use of cookies in the Cookie policy.

3. Event tickets

Tickets are sold through ticketing platforms (for example, Fourvenues or notikumi), which process the payment and also apply their own terms. H4T3R CLUB S.L. does not see or store your card details. How the data from your ticket purchase is processed is explained in the Privacy policy.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The H4T3R CLUB brand, the logos, the garment designs, the photographs, the texts, and the design and code of this website belong to H4T3R CLUB S.L. or are used under licence. Reproducing, distributing, transforming or publicly communicating them without written authorisation is prohibited, except for your personal and private use.

5. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party services (ticketing platforms, Instagram, TikTok, payment platforms). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it; if we find that any of it is unlawful, we will remove the link.

6. Liability

We work to keep the information correct and up to date and the website running without interruptions, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no occasional errors. If you spot an error in a price or a product, write to us: if the error is obvious, we will offer you the choice of confirming the order with the correct information or cancelling it with a full refund.

7. Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use the website. If you encounter any accessibility barrier, write to us at info@haterclub.es and we will help you complete your purchase or enquiry by other means.

8. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile, and you retain the protection afforded to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
