If you bought on haterclub.es, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any explanation. Fill in your details, press “Continue” and then “Confirm withdrawal”. We will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email with the content of your statement and the date and time it was sent.
You can also withdraw from each order in “My account”, by writing to info@haterclub.es or with the model form. All the information on returns and refunds is in the Terms of sale.
